Do I need to have a user account to make a purchase?
Yes, you need to have an account with Adolphesax Editions. It is used for the billing process and to have your private sheet music corner.
When is my purchase available?
Once you have made your purchase, you will find it available in your user PROFILE by accessing the DOWNLOADS area.
How do I download my sheet music?
You must access with your username and password. You must refer to DOWNLOAD AREA
Can I print my sheet music at home?
Of course.
Is it protected against hacking?
Your purchases are personalized for each user and have several protections to prevent illegal use. We remind you that the illegal distribution of copyright-protected content is punishable by intellectual property law.
If there are changes... Am I entitled to updates?
FOREVER.
If a composer/arranger reviews their product and makes some changes, these changes will be reflected in your download section immediately.
All prices include taxes?
Yes, all prices are final. They include 4% VAT.

How do I purchase sheet music from Adolphesax Editions?
IT IS VERY SIMPLE. You just have to register, put your products in the shopping cart and make the payment. You will immediately have your purchase available to start playing that score.
Can I cancel my order?
YES, unfortunately it is only possible to refund the amount if the score has not been downloaded.
How can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

What percentage does the composer earn with my purchase?
Composers receive at Adolphesax Editions a minimum of 80% of the purchase. Our goal is for clients and composers to benefit from this system.
MY SCORES
In what format do I download my scores?
All of our sheet music is distributed in Acrobat PDF format.
We are working on other formats to give you more complementary alternatives.
How can I view my scores?
You can open the scores with any PDF reader. Visit the APPs section of our website to see the options we recommend for desktop, mobile and tablets.
Where do I receive my purchase?

Can I freely print my sheet music for my personal use?
YES, it's that simple.

How can I publish in Adolphesax Editions?
You just have to register in the composers area. Once you have registered, our team will validate your account and we will contact you to explain the entire process.
Who processes the ISBN and the legal deposit?
We process everything to make your job easier. You will be notified of each step we take in the process of obtaining the ISMN, ISBN and legal deposit.
Who performs the registration in the intellectual property?
The process of registering intellectual property is a process that must be carried out by the author. Even so, we can do the paperwork for you to make things easier for you.
What are the costs of ISBN procedures, legal deposit and intellectual property?

How am I notified of the sales of my products?

Again YOU choose. Payment can be made by bank transfer or through your Paypal account. Once we start working, we will advise you personally to find the best way to make payments.

In addition to saving you commissions for payment methods, we also offer you a personal public sales area. What does this mean? YOU WILL HAVE YOUR OWN STORE with its own web address. You can include the link of your store in your professional website and thus increase your income.
